As people know on Facebook my Mulberry Postmans lock has got an issue with the rings!!! I am so sad!!!!
Here is the picture: I know it may not look major to everyone but it was £350 so I think any gap is major to be honest!
I phoned up Mulberry this morning as I want it fixed but I also do not want to be without a diary as I am now only using the Mulberry (I have to be honest and say I really want to cry right now).
ALL the lady said to me was to phone up the delivery company and write a note to say what is wrong. She said it could take a while as they need to assess it before they will send out another diary!
So what does this mean? I have to be without my Mulberry for days? weeks? months?
I really feel so upset about this as it means my love I cannot use!
What can I do whilst she is away being looked at and replaced?
I feel a real sense of disappointment with Mulberry as a brand now after the original customer service and the fact I feel as if I wont be getting anywhere. I think I will email them as well with the picture and explain that I use it as my diary and don't have a spare one so what can I do until they have looked at it.
Very sad upset Imy here!
My Mulberry week post is coming in 30 minutes or so! Will also email them too!

From what you've said about the customer service and the quality of the product; I'm starting to think they're not worth £350. For that price I expect outstanding service and guaranteed product satisfaction.
ReplyDeleteHope they sort themselves out quickly.
I know what you mean!!! I am so disappointed and upset :( They should bend over backwards to get a replacement to me ASAP!
DeleteI completely agree, for that amount of money I expect a flawless product in the first place, and if there is a fault I expect the company to be horrified and embarrassed and to fix the problem immediately!!!
DeleteThat's sooo sad :( You must be soooo disappointed... Last time I had ring issues I had them sent me a second FF and I picked the one I found best.. But this is not a FF and it's so expensive..
ReplyDeleteI know :( I have no idea what will happen and what if they are all like it? xxx
DeleteMaybe you could phone the man in the Covent Garden store as he was so helpful? He might have advice etc?
ReplyDeleteI have emailed the lady who I sent the complaint to originally! :( xxx
DeleteAw hun - this is just sucking more and more with every experience of them :-( I hope thay get this sorted for you really soon xxx
ReplyDeleteI knew it - you should have bought the Montblanc. I was blown away with their customer service when I went into the Bond Street shop - the door man even carried my case up and down the stairs for me! And I only bought a bottle of ink!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's horrid, and for the price you pay you do expect it to be a high quality product. Have my fingers crossed that this gets sorted for you.
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain. My very first Filofax order came Thursday and the binder was damaged! But mine was way less money than yours. How disappointing!! I hope you get a replacement soon. It's a gorgeous organizer.
ReplyDeleteI agree, for what you spent for it, there shouldn't be any issues to begin with! And if there are, they should be bending over backwards to fix it. That's very disheartening.
ReplyDeleteWhat about taking it back to the store where you purchased it and had the good customer service?
ReplyDeleteI didn't buy it in store I bought it online unfortunately :( xxx
DeleteHi Imogen,
DeleteI bought a Mulberry bayswayer 2 years ago. A red one that I reslly loved but it stained every thing I carried in my bag. Mulberry replaced it for me judt a couple of days before the guarantee expired. They were really helpful. Even now when I was looking for an a5 mulberry, they were really helpful. I can check her name for you if you want to. Don't worry, take care/itsbyemi (on youtube)

Flippin' Eck for that price I'd expect gold plated rings, and that all work beautifully.
ReplyDeleteHope they sort it super fast for you.
Susan
Hope they sort it super fast for the amount of money it cost, they ought to hand deliver you a new one.
ReplyDeleteWow. That's disappointing. After spending that much money you'd sure expect high quality and excellent customer service. So sorry.
